This is my earliest vivid memory, I know I had watched it before, but I must have been 10 years old and I was over at his house and we were having a sleepover. And he was like ‘Hey lets go into Camanche Park.’ And I was like ‘Alright.’ We were trying to scare each other going through and to scare each other we were going ‘Kill, Kill. O escritor dos filmes  Friday the 13th  e também My Bloody Valentine ; este ultimo onde entra o actor jensen fala sobre o actor e sobre o seu grande talento .

At some point, Lions Gate cut a deal and I ended up rewriting My Bloody Valentine. It starts shooting May 12th.
First, let’s acknowledge the snotty emails. Yes. My Bloody Valentine is a remake. No. Choosing what movies are and are not made is not up to me. How about we all ease up on poor ol’ Toddly. Yes. I’ve a brainfull of new ideas but Hollywood don’t want original right now. They want safe, name recognizable remakes and sequels. And as much as I hate Corprate Hollywood the numbers don’t lie. The Descent was a grrreat movie. But nobody went to see it. Slither was a grrreat movie but nobody went to see it. That said, between Zane Smith, Patrick Lussier and yours frakking truly, My Bloody Valentine is a grrreat script. And trust me, that’s not been easy. It would be a very safe bet that along the way we have avoided more than a dozen dungbombs lobbed at the story. Welcome to the new Hollywood.

And speaking of dreamy…Jensen Ackles. Good lord. No fella should be that good looking. And that deep voice of his? Swoon. Mel adored him on Smallville, which led to our watching Supernatural where I was introduced to his talent. I like Supernatural. I like him in the show. But I just didn’t expect the performances I’ve been seeing. I guess I was prejudging the good looks. Sue me. We’re all bastards in our own way. Sobre o filme MY BLOODY VALENTINE  resumo do filme :

Ten years ago, a tragedy changed the town of Harmony forever. Tom Hanniger, an inexperienced coal miner, caused an accident in the tunnels that trapped and killed five men and sent the only survivor, Harry Warden, into a permanent coma. But Harry Warden wanted revenge. Exactly one year later, on Valentine's Day, he woke up...and brutally murdered twenty-two people with a pickaxe before being killed.

Ten years later, Tom Hanniger (Jensen Ackles) returns to Harmony on Valentine's Day, still haunted by the deaths he caused. Struggling to make amends with his past, he grapples with unresolved feelings for his ex-girlfriend, Sarah (Jaime King, below), who is now married to his best friend, Axel (Kerr Smith), the town sheriff. But tonight, after years of peace, something from Harmony's dark past has returned. Wearing a miner's mask and armed with a pickaxe, an unstoppable killer is on the loose. And as his footsteps come ever closer, Tom, Sarah and Axel realize in terror that it just might be Harry Warden who's come back to claim them.
Okay, first of all, I’m glad that the plot isn't an exact replica of the original. In fact, the remake’s premise even seems a little more efficient. I like that fact that it takes place only ten years after the killing and links one of the main characters directly to the accident. The original featured a 20-year gap with nobody responsible for the accident still around. I also like having Tom’s ex-girlfriend now married to Axel (which didn’t happen in the original either). And Axel also wasn’t the sheriff.

All in all, VALENTINE 3-D seems to be shaping up as a worthy update of a classic 80’s horror (as I expected). My heart is aching for some good, gory, horror-homage fun! I hope director Patrick Lussier is ready to deliver. And you can bet your box of chocolate candy I’ll be raring to report on future BLOODY updates!

Jared Padalecki, uma das estrelas da serie Supernatural, disse aos jornalistas que irá começar a filmar a próxima quarta temporada, em julho, partindo do princípio de que não irá haver greve de actores.

O actor disse :

"A partir de agora - Sim, Eu acho que a greve é um problema enorme", disse Padalecki, em entrevista a um grupo com o conjunto de seu filme Friday the 13th, em Austin, Texas, em 6 de junho. "Mas, a partir de agora, nós somos supostos para iniciar a primeira semana de julho, porque querem tê-la no ar juntamente com Smallville."

Padalecki acrescentou que ele não tem visto quaisquer scripts para a nova temporada, no entanto, nem  tem falado com o criador Eric Kripke. "A única pessoa que eu falei na verdade foi com Jensen Ackles .
